Emma Review

Picture beautiful dresses, English accents, and priggish behavior, and you are transported into the world of Emma. This quintessential love story, written by Jane Austen, has returned to the theaters to the delight of many. The story follows Emma, a meddlesome self-proclaimed matchmaker, through her journey to find love for herself. Set in Georgian England, the overly poised manners and almost ridiculous costumes amount to quite a comedic film. Worshipped for her beauty and elegance in her sleepy town, it appears as though Emma has the perfect life. However, as the film proceeds, the audience comes to realize that even those who seem flawless have their own internal struggles. Throughout this film, you will experience a whirlwind of emotions,  amusement, and pure irritation when Emma can not seem to understand that the love she seeks is right in front of her. You can find this movie on Apple TV.
